Study the following well and act on them for effective inspection:
1. Define your objectives. Why are you inspecting – For Promotion/Sale/Purchase?
2. Identify existing landmarks on your trip to/from the site. Take note of schools, markets, hospitals, etc., nearby.
3. Ask relevant questions based on your objective (Ask about the document, offer validity, allocation details, T&Cs and so on).

4. Don’t rely on verbal responses only. Request documented copy such as •Frequently Asked Question• for reference.
5. Take as many pictures and videos as possible for evidence. If you are a Realtor, you can do a short presentation on-site for your use.
6. Take action as soon as possible. (If your objective is to sell – Promote interesting features and quality pictures/videos of presentation to get prospects ; If your objective is to buy – Get an application form and make payment to get all benefits).
